My dog usually paces around new places but he settled on this mat within minutes. The recycled polyester padding is thicker than I expected for something that folds up so small, and the cover wiped clean after he tracked mud on it.
Took this on a weekend camping trip and my dog claimed it as her spot within minutes. It rolls up small enough to strap to my pack, and the muddy paw prints wiped right off with a damp cloth.
The recycled polyester padding gives it just enough plushness without turning into a swampy heat trap, and wiping off a muddy paw print took seconds. It's been in the back of my car for two weeks now, packed flat under a crate, and my terrier curls into it the second I unroll it outside.
