The chest leash attachment is what sold me — way easier to keep my puller close on narrow trails. It stays cool against his ribs for most of our afternoon loop, though I do re-wet it once halfway through when it's really blazing.
Took my husky out on a 90-degree afternoon hike and the cooling panels actually stayed damp the whole time instead of drying out in twenty minutes like I expected. The chest attachment point is handy too, though I mostly just use the back loop.
The third leash loop on the chest is a game-changer for keeping my puller from choking on steep climbs. Even with temps in the high 80s, the integrated cooling panels kept her core noticeably less stressed after a two-hour loop.
