Night walks with my dog feel so much safer now that cars catch the reflective thread from way down the block. The side-release buckle pops open with one hand when she's pulling to get inside.
The reflective Tubelok webbing is genuinely visible when headlights hit it on our evening walks, which was the whole reason I switched collars. It's held up through mud, rain, and one very enthusiastic roll in the grass without fraying.
