The adjustable length is what sold me — I can go from a loose 6-foot stroll in the park to a short handle right at my side when traffic gets busy, all without swapping leashes. Clipping it around a bench leg while I grab coffee was a nice bonus I didn't expect.
Took this on a hike where I needed my dog close on switchbacks but wanted him to roam once we hit the open field, and adjusting the length mid-walk took about two seconds. The versatility is the whole point and it actually delivers.
The quick-switch buckle has been a lifesaver on our morning walks, letting me go from hands-free to standard grip in seconds when my pup spots a squirrel. It feels sturdy in my hand and the adjustability actually works mid-stride, not just as a gimmick.
